  • Hobo With a Shotgun Blasted its way into my Heart!

I saw Hobo With a Shotgun about a month ago, which is written by John Davies and Jason Eisner, and directed by Jason Eisner. Something happened during the film which was unexpected. It made me tear up. Wasn’t even at the end, this was at the halfway point.
The best way to describe Hobo With a Shotgun, is to say it is grindhouse, with heart. You get your b-movie fix, but you also get a dynamic performance out of Rutger Hauer. Not to mention it is a beautifully, bat-shit crazy kind of a film. It’s one of those movies that is just funner then Hell!
Keep your eyes on Jason Eisener. He’s sure to blow up any day now, and I couldn’t be happier if he did. A million more movies from Jason Eisener, bring them forth!

  • Such Sights to Show You

First off, here’s a film which was originally just made as a trailer, for a b movie trailer contest, that had something to do with the film Grindhouse. Here is what I initially saw a few years ago.

Flash forward a few years to the present, and looka what we have here! Its actually getting made, and not only that, it’s starring Rutger Hauer!

Speaking of Grindhouse (which was rad by the way), one of the trailers from that film is coming out as a full length feature…well, today. Here, check this shit out.

I saw this posted on Twitch Film the other day, and it’s such a cool picture I have it as my wallpaper on my laptop, and have since I first saw it a few days ago. Its from an upcoming mockumentary about trolls by a man named Andre Ovredal. Its going to be called, The Troll Hunter, or if you prefer the norwegian title, Trolljegeren. There is a teaser up on youtube, but it doesn’t show any troll action. Anyway, I’ll keep you informed when I learn news on it.

It was recently anounced that the lead singer of the band in this next video has Leukemia. So, everybody be nice to Nergal, and let’s hope he lives much longer, so he can keep starring in really blasphemous music videos, and making really great music.

Finally, this band is a blast, and are one of my favorites. If you ask me, they are the best punk band out right now. That I know of. I dig destruction, do you?
